Registration fees

• Regular attendee (all inclusive)
  
  • 700 € (before June 30, 2017)
  • 850 € (after June 30, 2017)

• Ph.D. student special price (all inclusive)
  
  • 450€ (before June 30, 2017)
  • 600€ (after June 30, 2017)

 A full registration fee includes a compilation of the program and abstracts, accommodation (3 nights: Sunday to Tuesday), morning and afternoon coffee & refreshment breaks, meals from Sunday 3 (welcoming dinner-buffet) to the lunch of Wednesday 6, and the conference banquet (to be held on Tuesday).
A Ph.D. student registration fee includes the same items.

Accommodation on-site is no longer possible. A list of hotel neaby is available.

Welcome in  Valpré will start on Sunday Sept. 3, 2017, in the afternoon.

Cancellation terms
