Posters will be exposed for the poster party on evening of Monday, September 4th and will remain visible during the conference to promote further discussions during the breaks.

Posters will be displayed on panels of 95 cm wide.
Posters must be prepared in A0 format in portrait (84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm high). In any case, ensure that your poster will not exceed a width of 95 cm.
Each poster will be allocated with a specific place and with an affiliate number. Adhesive tape will be provided to hang the posters on the panels, pins won't be allowed.
Additional information on posters will be provided at the conference.

To reward the best posters, an external scientific committee will award two prizes. Awards will come with a money prize of 300 euros for the 1^st best poster and 200 euros for the 2^nd best one.

Poster presenters are invited to display their posters before 5:30 pm on Monday, September 4, and to attend the poster party. Do not remove them before Wednesday noon. Posters must remain visible during the conference to promote new discussions during each break and free time.
